The Diary of Anne Frank

This book is the dairy of a teenage Jewish girl during WWII. Her name was Anne Frank. Anne’s family lived a normal life before Hitler came to power. Then Hitler enacted rules that the Jews had to follow. It became worse to the point where the Jewish people had to hide because of persecution . During this time they lived with the Van Pels (in the book they are called the Van Daans) and others to survive altogether. Future generations can learn what an impact that World War II left on the world and on the race of the Jewish people. These kind of books are important in literature because of this impact. We were asked again to draw a Hidden Reflection picture with one of our classmates. I would challenge you to find the important elements of Anne’s diary that are in our “Hidden Reflections”.
